Strengths: nice finish, well built, excellent mic (good quality and moveable; has a flexible part to avoid breaking it), overall good sound quality for the price
Weakness: "sit-on-ears" Ears caps, it doesn't surround your ears; There is some kind of metal bar that has been shaped in a certain way, so it always, all the time, make a hard pressure on your ears!
The overall specs of this product are good, but I was really suprised, when I used theses headphones for the first time, of how much they hurt!!! All reviews seem to say it is comfortable, but for me (and I don't have a big head) after 5 min, it is like putting my head in a vice! Okay maybe not so much, but the problem is that they crushes my ears on my head because of the "non-stop" pressure it...
Strengths: Great sound quality in the headphones. Great voice clarity with the mic. Comfortable. Long cord.
Weakness: Cord is very thin and fairly easy to break.
This is the best gaming headset available for the money. The best thing about these Sennheiser's is the headphone quality. Plantronics are popular but their headsets don't produce sound as well as these Sennheiser's. I've also had several people on Counter-Strike comment on the clarity of my voice using the microphone. If you're like me and looking for a gaming headset that can double as a set of...
Strengths: Good sound and microphone
Weakness: Smallish headphones
This is a good product at a reasonable price. The sound was very good and the microphone works well. Sound cancelling is not valid on the headset but works on the mike. Overall a good investment
Strengths: Well built , comfortable , clean clear sound and mic .
Weakness: Thicker connection wire would be a plus .
I have used other Sennheiser products in the past and have been VERY pleased with the results ; the PC150 headset is no exception to this rule . I purchased the PC150 for online gaming and clan use/talk between teammates . Again I was not disappointed with the quality and clearity from this headset . Life/gaming is so much easier and fun with this headset and really brings a new light to gaming...
Strengths: Low price, great sound quality, snug fit, padding
Weakness: if you wear glasses while wearing these for a while, they will hurt your ears
When I got the headset out of the package, I plugged them in and when I put them on I noticed the padding around the ear and on the top that goes around your head. I liked how they designed the headset, they fit nice and tight, they'll loosen after wearing though. The sound quality is amazing for this price. Listening to some music and perfect bass. go buy them now
Strengths: High-power stereo headphones; Noise cancelling microphone; amazing sound quality.
Weakness: they hurt my ears a little at the beginning; kinda big.
Sennheiser is a brand that you can trust. I bought this headset at around $35 and it's definitely worth the money. The headphones do full range sound with exellent bass. I only used it for music and chatting. I heard it's ideal for gaming too.
Strengths: Durable, comfortable, & crisp microphone
Weakness: None
This is a top notch product. I ordered my PC 150 last week and have been very pleased with it. At first it seemed a bit weird to get used to, but once worn in for a day or two it becomes very comfortable. I've been told that I also sound alot more like my real-life voice over the internet now with the microphone. If you're looking for just a nice, durable headset then this is a great buy. It's...
Strengths: Solid microphone quality: one of the best headset microphones I've owned. Pretty good for use in online games. Short term comfort okay, above average sound quality. Padding on top seems useful.
Weakness: Uncomfortable after extended use. Noise canceling not on the headphones. Counterstrike's compression routines really kill the sound quality of the microphone.
My old headphones wore out and so when I saw this set of headphones on Amazon at a good price, I jumped and grabbed it. Mostly I wanted audio quality to be good, but the microphone quality is an incredible added bonus. I have not been dissapointed by either the sound quality of the headphones or the microphone attached. However, these are not too comfortable after, say, 3 hours of gaming....
Strengths: Very comfortable. Great sound quality. In-line volume control and mic mute. Long cord.
Weakness: Cord is thinner than usual.
After owning many cheap headsets I decided to buy something better this time. I use these only for gaming and VOIP. I do not listed to music with them. For gaming they are the best sounding headphones I have used. I immediately noticed more bass than I have with other headsets. Left to right panning surround sound effects also seem more pronounced than other headsets I have used. Other than a...

Of all the headsets we've reviewed in this feature, the PC150 is the blandest. It is not the cheapest and the most portable and it doesn't have any special features to chat about. The microphone is also definitely sub par. Of course, apart from the sub-par microphone, that's not altogether inconsolable - the Sherman might have been a boring tank compared to the Tiger, but it won the war. By the...

PC 150 Binaural Noise Canceling Headset w/ Microphone
Strengths: Inexpensive. Comfortable headset, especially over longer periods of time. Volume control built in on cord. On/Off switch for microphone.
Weakness: "Noise canceling" is for microphone and is just a little foam slip-cover (not very impressive). The volume for the headset sounds a little weak compared to others.
The microphone is not adjustable (cannot fully rotate), so you're stuck with the microphone always being on your left side of your face. This isn't a huge issue, and I think they did this because the headphones are designed to be worn only one direction. Overall a decent inexpensive pair of headphones with a built-in mic. Good for gaming, ok for VOIP. I wouldn't use microphone for any other...
